Robert Russo - Managing Director.  Previously the Co-founder and Managing Principal of EnCon Services International (2005) and the Founder and Managing Principal of EnerCon Solutions (2010).  Mr. Russo has over 30 years of domestic and international results-oriented experience in industrial, commercial, and institutional energy management.  Mr. Russo has successfully developed and implemented over $300 million worth of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.

Bonnie Norman - President.  Senior marketing expert with over 20 years of general management and senior executive experience leading the strategic planning, operations, business development, marketing, and sales organizations of businesses -  from start ups to over $500 million in revenue – in the international corporate real estate, sustainable energy, and information systems sectors.  She has served on the Board of Directors of a number of nonprofit institutions.

Robert Stern - Chief Financial Officer.  Financial executive with over 35 years of experience leading international business operations of government contracting and professional services organizations.  Mr. Stern has served in a CFO capacity for several U.S. Agency for International Development (“USAID”) and U.S. Department of Energy (“DOE”) contractors.

Key Qualifications – Contracting and regulatory contract compliance; financing and reporting; establishing and managing overseas offices to support USAID and other projects; business and financial management. MBA.

Edward La FargeRegional Manager.  Currently serving as E3‘s Project Manager for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s Western Balkans Sustainable Energy Finance Facility (“WeBSEFF”).  Mr. La Farge has 24 years of senior management and supervisory experience.  Mr. La Farge planned and managed the formation, financing, and implementation of a variety of multi-sector projects around the world in various capacities with the U.S. Government, private companies, and nonprofit entities.

Jean-Louis Poirier, Senior ConsultantMr. Poirier has over 35 years of consulting experience for both private and public domestic and international energy companies, utilities, government agencies and financial institutions. He has provided strategic advice to many of the top 100 electric utilities and independent power companies in the world. Mr. Poirier was as a partner and member of the Management Group in PA Consulting’s Strategy Practice and a Senior Vice President of Hagler Bailly Inc.

Niels de Terra, Senior ConsultantMr. de Terra has over 40 years of experience in the field of energy. He worked in Europe for eleven years, six with the International Energy Agency in Paris as Asst. Director of its Office of Energy RD&D and five as Managing Director of Hagler Bailly Consulting (Ireland). For the EC’s DG 17 Synergy he managed two projects – the EUROMED Energy Policy Dialogue and Options to Facilitate EU Energy Investment in the Mediterranean Partner Countries, and is fully familiar with the EC Energy Directives.

 Key Qualifications – Energy sector reform and restructuring, energy policy and planning, climate change and energy efficiency projects in Bosnia, China, the Maghreb and Mashrek countries, Nepal, Pakistan, Russia and Ukraine. Alain Streicher, Director International ProgramsAlain Streicher -an industrial engineer, economist and management specialist- has 40 years of experience in clean energy development. He has been Chairman, CEO, COO and Vice president of several leading international energy consulting firms specializing in this field. He has directed or managed over 300 large energy consulting assignments in 120 countries spread over 5 continents. Most projects in these countries involved legal and regulatory reform, private power development (Public Private Partnerships, Independent Power development, off grid power; concessions and management contracts), utility restructuring (unbundling) and related policy development and capacity building for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy projects.

 Key Qualifications – Energy sector reform and restructuring, energy policy and planning, climate change and energy efficiency projects in MENA region, North and Sub Saharan Africa, Ukraine, and Pakistan. He holds an M.S. in Scientific Management from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris, an MS in Physics and BS in Economics from University of Grenoble, France and a Finance diploma from the Harvard Business School.
