E3 International (E3I) has successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of a new Fault Location, Isolation, and System Restoration (FLISR) system. The testing took place from October 29–31, 2025, marking a major milestone in E3I’s collaboration with Tunisia’s national electricity and gas company, Société Tunisienne de l’Électricité et du Gaz (STEG).
The system will be installed in December 2025, bringing advanced automation and digital technology to Tunisia’s power distribution network. Once in operation, the FLISR system will help quickly detect and isolate faults, reduce power outages, and restore electricity faster — improving reliability and service for thousands of customers.
